The Eckley, a 1560 square foot ranch Homestead floor plan, is the next modular home we are sending in to order! Homestead is a Ritz Craft line that is designed to be built economically while still holding the high standard for quality material.
This home is going to Newaygo, MI and will be set in the Spring!
Our customers have made some improvements to this original plan by adding an exterior door to the dining room for an entry to the future site-built garage.
Some of the upgrades our customers added to the home include:
