Meet the Freedom Homes Team

Missy, co-owner of Freedom Homes with her husband Dave, launched this venture in 2018 after 14 years of experience in the modular housing industry. In our office, Missy spearheads all sales activities. She guides clients in selecting their ideal floor plans, customizing them with optimal features tailored to each family's needs. Once the home specifications are set, Missy facilitates the transition to the next phase: Site Preparation. Her commitment is to keep clients well-informed and engaged at every stage of their home-building journey.

Maria joined Freedom Homes in 2021 and has been such a great addition to our team. Her strong work ethic combined with her cheerful demeanor makes her a pleasure to work alongside. Maria keeps our office operations running smoothly and is always ready to assist any customer who enters our doors with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Dave, co-owner of Freedom Homes, oversees all site work for our construction projects. With his extensive experience, having run his own excavation company for over 40 years, Dave works with our team of subcontractors and our homeowners, coordinating each aspect of the construction schedule. His goal is to facilitate a smooth transition of each project, from the start of construction to handing the homeowner their keys.

Since joining Freedom Homes in 2021, Steve has brought his experience from a successful career in commercial construction into our operations. Now, in his retirement, he helps us with field operations, operating equipment, and completing various tasks on job sites. He is a great and dependable asset to our team.

Ashlie has been an integral part of the Freedom Team from the start. Her involvement spans nearly every aspect of our home projects, from drafting contracts and securing site permits to managing service lists. Beyond project support, she plays a key role in managing the daily operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Additionally, Ashlie oversees our metal building and Old Hickory shed sales and works to make each purchase a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer!

Jim became an integral part of our team in 2024, contributing both in the field and in our office. He assists in the field by visiting job sites, inspecting customers’ homes for service needs, and handling our final construction clean ups. In the office, Jim's skills in building, repairing, and decorating are put to work as he maintains both our office and model homes, making them inviting and presentable. You may also see him around the property, beautifying our grounds, ensuring that Freedom Homes not only functions well but looks its best at all times.
